Happy Owloween is an e-packet with instructions to paint this adorable witch owl. It will add a fun and festive touch to your home this Halloween. This is a Debbie Cole Signature Design featuring one of her adorable animals. The digital packet contains in depth instructions with step photos, line drawing, lettering, and diagram for placing shades and highlights. The surface is not included, but the dimensions of the metal witch hat are appx. 13″ high and 12″ in diameter. While it is painted on a metal hat, it could be painted on any vertical surface.
