Winter’s Blues E-Packet/Video is a digital pattern packet and video design. It includes THREE Videos and in-depth instructions which include step photos. It was painted on 9″ square basket insert, but it may be painted on any surface. This is a lovely painting that can decorate your home all through the year. The project is painted with DecoArt Americana acrylic paints. Once the payment is received for the e-packet you will be able to download the PDF which includes all of the photos and instructions.
